1. How long before an order is shipped?
Please allow five days for your order to be processed and shipped.

2. What shipping company do you use?
All orders are shipped USPS priority mail for domestic USA orders. Delivery in 1-3 Days.
International orders are shipped First-Class Package International Service USPS. (best price!) Delivery in 7-10 days

3. What is the Shipping Cost?
Shipping fees for domestic USPS Priority mail are $5.00 flat rate plus $1.00 per garment.
Shipping for First Class international Orders is $20.00 flat rate plus $1.00 per garment.

If you're not happy, we're not happy.

We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, Health Code Regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of packaged underwear, shapewear, and hosiery that have been opened. Please allow up to 1 week to fully process your return.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Items returned after 30 days and/or fall outside the return guidelines will be accepted at our discretion and issued store credit.
