Our Sylph Tutu has three layers of fine tulle and a 4th, top layer of English net.  
All layers are attached to a power mesh basque and panty with a finished waistband.  
Hook n bar closures on the basque, large plate hook and bar on the waistband.
Waistband bars can easily be adjusted to make a waistband smaller.  

This tutu is worn long and is perfect for Wilis and Sylphs. 

When ordering, choose size of waist (high natural waist) and length (from high natural waist to desired hem).
